Once you've met with me and we've determined your eligibility for a mortgage, you'll want to get in touch with a Realtor. After you've found your house and the seller's have accepted your offer, you'll want to reach out to a Real Estate Lawyer, Home Inspector and Home Insurance Agent.
If you're hoping to complete renovations on your new home, consult a Contractor for an estimate to include in your mortgage (that's called Purchase Plus Improvements!).
After your house transaction closes and you're all settled in, I would suggest reaching out to an Investment Consultant and Life Insurance Advisor to revisit your financial plan and protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances.
Next, you may want to consider an appointment with a Wills & Estates Lawyer to ensure the proper documentation is in place to look after your estate.
