I get it, we're all SO busy! Kids, work, family activities, the dog has a vet appointment. No one wants to spend hours in an office applying for a mortgage. So, let's make this work for you! Technology is our friend in my office and we can essentially complete your entire mortgage transaction utilizing that technology - the internet, Skype, fax, phone - or in person if you prefer and you're local to me! It's such a refreshing alternative to long office appointments (and nobody's got time for that, right?!). So let's get started. Your first step takes just 10 minutes!
1. On my website click on the tab "Apply Now".
2. Fill in basic information for yourself and co-applicant (if applicable). Some details you'll need to have on hand includes your birth date, social insurance number, employment information, assets and liabilities.
3. Let me know where you work, what you do, how much you make and any other forms of income you may have.
4. Share with me your assets (what you have going for you, such as savings account balance, investments, vehicles or other owned property value) and your liabilities (monthly debts such as car payment, line of credit, credit cards, deferred payment plans, and if you pay alimony or child support)
5. Approximate home purchase price (just give me your wishlist and I'll see what I can do!), or if you have an accepted offer already I'll need the address of the home and amount you offered. There's lots of space for notes, so fill me in. How much will you have as a down payment? Where will it come from? (ie. gift from parents, your investments, savings, hoping to borrow from line of credit, etc.).
6. That's it! Easy-peasy, right? It totally is. So, fill out that online application now and let's get started and you'll be well on your way to becoming a homeowner! But don't worry - this form only comes to me and I'll be the only one reaching out to you. And keep in mind, there's no instant pre-approvals with me! I promise you I'll actually open the file and review the application, which improves your chances of approval when it comes time to make an offer on a house.
